Fantastic Prague
This is based on a trip I made to Prague.
Prague has loads of scope for photographers and producers, and an interesting option for guys who want to be studs.

If you want them to know English, make that clear.
Rates
Rates are Per Scene and if you want multiple scenes, you pay for each scene, or a day rate.
They are for general girls* - for Experienced/Stunners, you'll be quoted more, and Names, much more.
If you want to run the scene twice (for hard and soft versions) add $100.
- GG - $150-$200
- BG - $250
- Anal and harder - ask, varies quite a lot, but most girls don't.
Expect a 20% agency fee to be added to these rates.
*You simply ask that the agent deliver girls on time, and trust them to get on with it. If you want specific girls at specific times you'll probably pay more. The standard of general girl is "cute sweet girl next door" normally quite new to the business. Great for amateur style shoots and first time producers, but not for scripted stuff.
Details matter - it is essential that you detail exactly what is involved in a shoot when agreeing the booking. If you book a girl for a BG with a stud, and then decide - on the day - to make it GBG, or add in a bit of gonzo BJ, she won't do it. Or will want more money.
Locations
Everywhere is for hire! Shops, bars, one hour hotels, whatever.
People have no problem with porn. I saw one huge mansion (you could make Godfather Part 4 there) which is used for weddings, corporate events, mainstream TV and video, and you can shoot porn there as well for only Euro1000 a day. (Huge bedrooms, dinning areas, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, grounds, balconies....and a crew of 20 can stay there, living and shooting). I have a castle available at 500 Euros a day.
However the best initial option is to book an apartment - plenty of great ones for Euro 100-150 a night and happy for people to shoot there.
Outdoors - the Czechs are cool with Art Nude type stuff being shot in the great outdoors, (of which there is plenty - woods, lakes, rivers, mountains), but for harder material you need a private location, which can be harder to find. Not for a first trip.
Practicalities
The best option is to work through a reliable agency and have them set everything up for you - girls and locations.

I am also available as a stud/cameraman on a reasonable day rate. Ideal for new producers who also want to perform - we each perform and film each other with each girl. If granted content share, no charge for my services.
Wannabe Studs
Go to Big Sister.
If you let them know you are coming, and why, they can arrange for a hand camera to record all your activities, and you'll go home with a DVD that you can use to prove your ability.
